Regatta Primer 2025 Percy Priest
From Coaches: For those arriving before 6pm, ***report to venue to rig boats***. Several boats must be rigged this afternoon so that athletes won't have to report in the 5am hour. Trailer ETA is around 3:30pm.
Coaches will send out a message this evening after dinner with tomorrow's required arrival times, (strongly determined by how many boats are rigged this afternoon).

Competitive Crews:
Venue: Hamilton Creek Marina Upper Boat Launch 2901 Bell Rd, Nashville, TN 37217
Venue map and a few pics from last year are attached. Coach Lambert emailed lineups and communication.
Percy Priest is a pretty lake. However, last year, the shoreline surrounding the lake looked like a common night hangout. There were remnants of bottles, broken items, and the like scattered in several areas on the paths and shoreline. The shoreline can also be rocky, see attached picture. Watch your step. If it's like it was last year, wearing good protective shoes is especially recommended.
Facilities: Last year, there were portapotties. You may want to have your own backup supply of tp in case it runs out.
NOTE: ALL Junior & Masters Racing will take place on Saturday only. Most college racing is Saturday only with the exception of the Vanderbilt Invite Events. Events include: Juniors/HighSchool/MiddleSchool/Collegiate/Open/Masters/Para

Check In: Coaches will check RGA in Friday as Check in will be available from 12pm-6pm on Friday, March 29th. Bow numbers will not be provided and each team must have their own bow numbers. Rowers need to communicate directly to their coaches today what each of their anticipated time of arrival is for Friday.
Hot Seating: Hot seating is done at your own risk and crews will not be giving priority to recover to the dock if they are hot seating. If hot seating, be sure to have the oars for the new crew waiting at the dock as the boat recovers.
