Welcome to RGA's Youth Spring 2025 season! 

  • Registration is open for Comp Development (3x per week) and Rec (2x) per week. 
  • Registration is closed for Comp Gold/Green.

Dates: Youth Competitive 1/29/25 - 5/13/25 (season continues through 6/15 for Nationals boats). Mandatory Orientation Meeting Tuesday 1/28/25 at The Bridge, 225 Willowbend, Peachtree City, GA.

How to Register:

Fees:
Impact fees were applied at Tryouts registration and the balance of Spring dues is reduced by the registrant's 2025 Spring Tryouts $100 payment. 

  1. Check your email: Coaches will email Tryouts results by 7pm, Sat 1/25/25, including, where applicable, each participant's eligibility details. 

  2. Complete forms: Go to boathouseconnect.com (not the app) to ensure all forms are complete. From inside your BC Profile on boathouseconnect.com, click on "Waivers and Docs" > "My Waivers and Docs". It may take up to 24 hours for all relevant documents to be added to the Spring group. 

    • Parents: Complete the required documents in the parent BC profile. At least one parent must sign parent documents. 
    • Rowers: Complete the required documents in the rower BC profile.

  3. From this rowgeorgia.com checkout screen, select program & payment:
    Choose the correct program as detailed in the email from the coaches, and select your payment option:

    • GREEN or GOLD:
      • Full Payment or Three-payment plan:
        1st payment today: $550 (includes $50 fee), remainder split into two equal payments. 
        2nd payment: Due by 2/28/25.
        3rd payment: Due by 3/28/25.
    • Youth DEV:
      • Full payment or Two-payment plan:
        1st payment today: $550 (includes $50 fee).
        2nd payment, balance: Due by 2/28/25.

Payment Process:

  1. Make sure you're logged into, or create, your Row Georgia account.
  2. Transactions must be completed through your Row Georgia account. 
  3. Accepted payment methods will be shown at checkout, including major credit cards and Venmo Here.
  4. To help the program avoid a 2.5% processing fee, select “other” at checkout and immediately pay via, Zelle. Or, bring a check to Orientation on 1/28/25.

    • Checks are accepted only at 1/28/25 Orientation for completed transactions using payment method "other" at checkout. 

Sibling Registration & Discount:

  1. Register siblings: Add the first registrant, then select "continue shopping" and repeat for the second sibling.
  2. Sibling discount:
    • Pay in full: Use code "rowfam2024" at checkout for 10% off.
    • Payment plan: The sibling discount will be reduced from the remaining balance. The sibling discount does not apply to the $50 Payment Plan Fee or Impact fees.

Financial Requirements:

  • All previous balances must be paid in full before participation eligibility.
  • Registration must be fully completed, including compliance with all US Rowing, Row Georgia, and Fayette County requirements as detailed during registration.
  • Participants must be in good standing.

Late Fee and Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are available within 30 days of the season start date, less 25% and prorated days based on the request date.
  • Refunds requested after 30 days are only given with a doctor's statement of the participant's incapacitating illness or injury.
  • All refund requests must be submitted to president.rowgeorgia@gmail.com.
  • Late payments incur a $25 fee for every 7 days past the due date.
  • Delinquent payments result in suspension of participation.

Organization Information:

Row Georgia is a not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) organization established in August 2015 to promote rowing by creating opportunities to learn, advance, compete and enjoy the sport. Fees support coaching salaries, equipment leases, insurance, and operational expenses. Donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
