Prepare for January's Evaluation Period by staying active and fit over the winter break.

In January, coaches will lead a mandatory 3-week evaluation for those wishing to join the competitive program for Spring 2025. Winter Conditioning offers the ideal opportunity to get in top form and ensure you're ready to excel during evaluations. 

Row Georgia invites athletes from all sports to join us for winter conditioning and experience the training regimen of competitive rowing firsthand!

Registration for Winter 2024 squads will be open on a rolling basis, as detailed below.

Please note that spaces are limited and registration will close once capacity is reached, so be sure to sign up promptly when your window opens to secure your spot!
