2024 SUMMER SESSION REGISTRATION (Adults and Youth): After payment has been completed for your summer session, click HERE to complete summer registration. Only one form per participant is required, regardless of how many weeks you participate.
2024 FALL SEASON REGISTRATION (Adults and Youth): After initiating registration by completing Fall Season payment HERE, complete the Registration Instructions and Form HERE. Registration is granted on a first fully registered basis.

- CDC Youth Sports Concussion Awareness Acknowledgement (online)
- Preparticipation Sports Physical Must be completed by authorized medical practitioner. Medical offices should have this form on file. There are several pages to a sports physical, however, submit only the page titled "Medical Eligibility Form". Once the youth rower has been cleared to participate, upload that page HERE. Unless your athlete has had health changes, the Sports Physical is valid for one year from the date performed. Therefore, if you already have a valid through the end of the season, 11/15/24, sports physical, you can submit it.
