Row Georgia is seeking Part-Time Youth Recreational Coaches to join our growing program.

This is a perfect opportunity for a working professional who is a former rower, coxswain, collegiate athlete, or adult rower who is looking to stay connected to the sport while joining us as we introduce youth to the the basics of rowing! Never coached rowing before? No worries! We train the right person! Get back on the water and enjoy introducing the fantastic lifelong sport of rowing to the next generation. Also, our Rec program is fun! 

Position Details

• $25 per hour
• 1–3 days per week
• Flexible part-time schedule
• We walk you through it all! Training opportunity available for those interested in becoming a youth rowing coach. 

Our Recreational development program focuses on

• Learning the fundamentals of rowing
• Water safety
• Safety
• Building confidence
• Having fun on the water

Requirements

• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with youth
• Eager to share rowing with next generation
• Reliable and dependable
• Willingness to obtain and maintain USRowing Level 1 Coaching Certification (we help)
