Let’s Get ON THE WATER This Summer!

Open to ages 12–18. Designed for beginners. No experience required. Campers learn the fundamentals of rowing, build confidence on the water, and experience the ultimate team sport in a fun, supportive environment.

Row Georgia Summer Camp introduces new athletes to the sport of rowing through exciting on-the-water sessions, teamwork, and skill-building.

Who Can Join?

  • Ages 12–18
  • Middle and high school students
  • Beginners welcome
  • No rowing experience needed
  • MUST be able to swim. Do not proceed with registration if your camper cannot swim. The ability to swim is required.
  • Must be able to follow directions on land and water.  Coach will be in a nearby launch/Jon boat giving instructions.
  • Must be able participate as a contributing and equal team member in order to learn, and experience all that rowing camp offers!  
  • Participants carry equipment, including oars and boats.
  • Do not proceed with registration if your youth struggles with listening and following instructions.

2026 Summer Sessions

  • Session 1: May 26 – May 29 (4 days / $205)
  • Session 2: June 1 – June 5 (5 days / $255)
  • Session 3: June 8 – June 12 (5 days / $255)
  • Session 4: June 15 – June 19 (5 days / $255)
  • Session 5: June 22 – June 26 (5 days / $255)
  • Session 6: June 29 – July 3 (5 days / $255)

What to Wear / Bring

Wear / Bring:

  • Athletic, fitted clothing (loose clothes can get caught on equipment)
  • Sneakers 
  • Clothes that can get wet. We don't plan on being in the water, but let's keep it real... this is a water sport, and at the minimum, oars can splash on the water!
  • Sunscreen, and optional hat and sunglasses
  • Refillable water bottle

Spots are very limited this summer and sessions fill quickly.

Note, each camper is required to obtain a Learn to Row temporary $10 USRowing membership as part of registration - you'll receive those details at this end of the transation.
