IMPORTANT - Please read the items below before proceeding.

Annual memberships must be preapproved by and are at the discretion of the Head Coach. We have limited equipment, resources, and space available, therefore, not all applications may be approved. Payment in full is due at the time of purchase and prior to membership beginning. 

Registration steps:

1. Complete Information Form as the application.
2. Email Head Coach Lambert, Christopher.r.lambert@gmail.com to indicate that you've completed the form to be considered for an Annual Membership. 
3. If approved, come back to this screen, selecte the correct membership, and checkout. 

Adult annual members receive a discount on Fall and Summer Coached Seasons.

All members, adults, youth, volunteers, staff are required to adhere to the code of conduct. Participation in the program indicates agreement.
