Row Georgia Alumni Rowing Access - Pre-Approval Required

Welcome to the Row Georgia Alumni Rowing Access page! Carefully read the following information before proceeding to checkout. Access to our facilities and equipment using this program is exclusive to RGA alumni rowers and is granted only via prior written approval from the Head Coach and Row Georgia President. Some reasons access may not be granted can include but not limited to; limited access and equipment, rower standing, facility upgrades or construction, events, or other programming that takes priority.

    Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify as an RGA Alumni Rower, you must meet the following conditions:

    1. Row Georgia Alumni Status: You must be a full-time college student who graduated high school while rowing for Row Georgia.

    2. Access Period: Access is only considered during published college breaks (typically summer, winter, or spring breaks).

    3. Rowing Bio: Row Georgia must be listed in any rowing bio that references your youth rowing experience.

    4. Good Conduct Standing: You must be in good conduct standing with Row Georgia.

    5. Good Financial Standing: All previous dues for your past participation must be paid in full, plus late fees.

    6. Account Responsibility: If another Row Georgia account holder pays for access, it will be terminated if you or that account holder is not in good standing. It is recommended that rowers over 18 create their own Row Georgia account. However, any past owed dues for the rower and or household must be paid in full prior to being considered for Alumni access, regardless of the account holder's name.

    7. USRowing Membership: Must be a current member of USRowing in good standing. Provide valid membership number on the Financial Responsibility Form.

If you do meet the criteria above, we invite you to apply for the current adult season offered, or a daily $25 pass or an annual membership (after proficiency evaluation, flip test and approval).

Each application is reviewed. In additional to eligibility requirements listed above, additional considerations include status of program equipment, programming, events, potential construction and overall facility operations.
