Registration: Safesport Training Instructions and Course Completed Image Upload

Safesport training is not required for Tryouts or Summer Camp. 

Safesport training is required for all Youth Spring and Fall registered season rowers in all programs. 

Safesport Training - Once training has been completed according to the instructions below, return to this screen to upload the screenshot showing the completed training.

Youth SafeSport Training Requirements 

Returning Youth Rowers: If you've completed this training previously and you will NOT turn 18 during the season, you are set! Your current Safesport status is valid until you turn 18 years old.  

NEW Youth Rowers 17 and younger, volunteers and coaches: A brief online SafeSport training video is mandatory. It's a "one and done" for rowers until turning 18 years old. During this process, you may see something that says the training isn't required. However, it IS required by Row Georgia. This training must be completed from inside the rower's USrowing membership account or it will not report as having been completed. 

• • Login to rower's usrowing.org account. 
  • Scroll down, click on the SafeSport tab on the lower left side of the screen. That will take you to the SafeSport education section. 
    
  • Click on the "Additional Training" tab. 
  • Find and click on "SafeSport for Youth Athletes" and complete the course.   
  • Screenshot the completion screen and upload it using the link on this page, and checkout $0. It will time and date stamp your form submission.  FYI, You can view your completed courses by clicking on the "Completed Courses" tab.

• ANY YOUTH rower 18+ years old or WILL TURN 18 this season: You must take the 90 minute "Safesport Trained - NGB1" course. 
  
  • Login to rower's usrowing.org account
  • Scroll down and click on the SafeSport tab on the lower left side of the screen. That will take you to the SafeSport education section. 
  • Click on the "Enrolled Courses" tab to find "Safesport Trained - NGB1" course.  If it isn't listed there, you can also find the course by clicking on the "Additional Training" tab
  • You can view completed courses by clicking on the "Completed Courses" tab. Screenshot the completion screen and upload using the link on this page, and checkout $0. It will time and date stamp your form submission.
